are available for services after the initial implementation
of your CRM system evolves and grows.
At Simplesoft we know that an investment in the best software
solution will be wasted resources unless the end user understands
how to use it and appreciates why it is being used. We offer
group and 1:1 training for end users and administrators ensuring
the whole organization can fully leverage the power of the software
in managing customer relationships.
Training is conducted at the client site, or at Simplesoft's
office. Participants follow a training manual with exercises
from a sample copy of the client database (with actual customized
screens) about to be implemented.
