Don has a background in systems engineering design and is the chief systems and business process analyst at Simplesoft. He has been Managing Consultant and President of Simplesoft since 1994. Don is involved at some level in every project at Simplesoft Solutions. His degree in Process Engineering drives his passion for helping businesses develop efficient work processes for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. Don has two teenage children and spends his free time involved with Springboro High School band activities, Boy Scouts, and Habitat for Humanity.

Paul has been a Senior Consultant with Simplesoft Solutions since 2000. Paul has a passion for learning and he puts his skills to good use in his personal life and on the job. He travels to companies and helps them implement Sage SalesLogix and SageCRM. His system software experience dates back to 1994 and he started working on some of the very earliest versions of SalesLogix as an implementer and SalesLogix System Administrator trainer in various classroom and office settings. Paul has four children and is busy with his family, active in state home education groups, and is a voracious reader.

Janetta is a Certified Trainer for Sage SalesLogix. She develops and delivers client specific CRM training including Sage SalesLogix and SageCRM. Because she is a user of Sage SalesLogix she brings a real life usage approach to her training programs. Prior to joining Simplesoft Solutions, she worked for 15 years at NCR Corporation in various sales, inside sales and customer service management, and training roles. She enjoys helping companies examine their current sales, marketing, and customer service goals and work to drive improvement in the processes, tools, and people skills to support those key areas of their business. Janetta has two teenagers and spends her time on their various activities.

Jim has a strong background in both deploying ERP systems for manufacturing environments and sales information systems. Since 2005, he has focused almost exclusively on Sage SalesLogix deployment, customization, and integration with ERP and accounting solutions. Jim has many years experience developing custom integration solutions as well as using Scribe Integration. Jim teaches Sage SalesLogix and Sage KnowledgeSync development and acts as lead support consultant for many of our major clients. Jim has 4 children and is active with his children in their local 4-H club, involved with their school system, and finds time to help his wife display her crafts at local fairs and festivals.

Kyle is the lead Web Applications Developer as well as our SalesLogix CRM Development Consultant. Kyle, a SalesLogix web certified developer, has been providing SalesLogix development, consulting, and support since 2005 and continues to expand his skill set and associated technologies. He is also very proficient in graphic and web design and is a member of Simplesoft’s Marketing and Advertising department. Kyle collectively brings his web marketing skills to assist clients on knowledge of SalesLogix marketing tools and SwiftPage email integration. Outside of work, Kyle has a passion for both participating and attending sporting events as well as spending time with friends and family.

Arminta has been working with Sage SalesLogix and developing her specialized skills in the area of data management, Crystal Reports, and custom development since 2000. She has strong business acumen and a unique skill set with Sage SalesLogix and SQL expertise. Her past roles have included being a CRM Project Manager, Database Administrator and Data Cleansing Specialist. This gives Arminta insight into both the client and consulting side of CRM and data management principles. At Simplesoft, Arminta provides Sage SalesLogix, SalesLogix Mobile, and ACT! development consulting, report writing, and general support. She has as lead business analyst in many projects and also trains clients in data management principles and tools. Arminta enjoys cooking for her husband and entertaining family and friends with her culinary talents.

Patti is our Lead Project Manager at Simplesoft Solutions to drive on-time and on-budget Sage SalesLogix and SageCRM implementations and upgrades. Patti is a strong communicator and keeps all project team members informed while providing very detailed business requirement and client meeting summary documentation. She also functions internally as a project coordinator for CRM development, integration, and implementation scheduling along with the launch of new program offerings. Patti has experience in marketing event planning and led our group in the start of the Heartland SalesLogix Users Group in 2009. Patti has a young family and spends her leisure time with family and friends.

Lisa is a marketing and training specialist at Simplesoft Solutions for SageCRM, SageCRM.com and ACT!. Lisa has worked in financial planning, accounting, and inside sales roles in several industry segments and has strong business acumen. Her interest in business networking and social media makes her a good resource for sales and marketing contacts at our clients who are learning to use these newer mediums with CRM. Lisa has 3 children and spends a lot of time helping them realize their career goals.

Mike joined Simplesoft Solutions in 2009 with years of business development experience. Mike has been a user of Sage SalesLogix since 2004 and was instrumental in the North American deployment of it at his previous employer. Mike helps develop client specific demonstrations of Sage SalesLogix and define CRM project scope and goals. Mike’s focus on return on investment helps our clients realize their financial goals with CRM. Mike has a 3 young children and enjoys running and golf in his spare time.
