Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce (DACC)
Celebrating our 100th Anniversary in 2007, the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce represents more than 3,000 organizations in the multi-county Dayton region. The organization’s vision has not wavered since its founding in 1907 by National Cash Register Founder & President John H. Patterson. From those beginning days to now, the Chamber realizes its vital role as the lead business advocate in our region. Today, we focus on three core competency areas: government advocacy, economic development and member services.

Business Network International (BNI)

FASTLANE
FASTLANE is a vital resource for manufacturers. The FASTLANE team of specialized manufacturing and engineering consultants help accelerate manufacturing success, advance innovation, and drive growth through technology acceleration, continuous improvement, workforce development, supply chain optimization, and sustainability. Connecting manufacturers to a vast network of affordable resources including expert engineers, scientists, manufacturers, suppliers, and other professionals throughout the greater Dayton region. FASTLANE is West Central Ohio’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) affiliate located within the University of Dayton Research Institute as the Manufacturing Technology Solutions Accelerator Office. MEP was created by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to help small and medium manufacturers become more innovative; hence, drive economic growth and job creation

Ohio Manufacturing Extension Partnerships (MEP)
Ohio MEP helps Ohio's small and medium-sized manufacturers to increase sales, create jobs and generate cost savings through technological innovation, workforce training and improved management practices. Small and medium-sized manufacturing companies are critical to Ohio, representing 90% of job growth for high-paying jobs. For every new manufacturing job that is created or retained, three to five supporting jobs are also created. Managed by the Ohio Development Services Agency’s Office of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Ohio MEP is a State and Federal initiative sponsored by the U.S. Department of Commerce National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). To serve the diversity of Ohio’s industrial base, Ohio MEP manages a network of regional affiliate service organizations that are strategically selected and coordinated to serve as a statewide resource to meet the needs of key industry sectors and small manufacturers.
